(b) Visa Information
- The Tourist Visa is Valid for a stay of exactly 4 weeks (28 days)/ not extendable.
- Visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, visa cannot be renewed or refunded.
- Tourists can only stay in hotels and guesthouses during their visit in Myanmar.

(b) Visa Information
- Social Visa could be allowed only a foreigner who married Myanmar Citizen, Children of a Myanmar National and also for Ex-Myanmar Citizen.
- The Social Visa (Single) is Valid for a stay 70 days and extendable at the Immigration Department in Yangon.
- The Social Visa (Multiple) is Valid for a stay 70 days (Each Entry) and extendable at the Immigration Department in Yangon.
- Social Visa can stay in home during their visit in Myanmar.

- The Business Visa is Valid for a stay 70 days and extendable at the Immigration Department in Yangon.
Employment Visa

(3) Recommendation Letter that mentions he is working under the relevant Ministry permitted work site
(4) Copy of the Labour ID card issued by Ministry of Labour of Myanmar and Tax bill

(3) Recommendation Letter from the School/College/University (for students)
(4) Recommendation Letter from the Ministry of Education (for teachers who will be teaching at schools under the Ministry)

For Workshop/Seminar/Meeting Research Visa
(1) Completed Application Form with two white background photos
(2) Copy of Passport
(3) Invitation Letter from the relevant Ministry/ Organization.
However, beyond the general requirements mentioned above, the visa issuing authority will consider each visa application case by case and, in some cases, the applicants might need to provide more documents.
